A calm space to understand yourself and feel supported.
Individual and couples counselling for anxiety, trauma, relationship stress and life's big transitions, at a pace that feels right for you.
Adults (18+) and couples dealing with anxiety, trauma, attachment issues, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, big life changes and more.
People rarely come to counselling with just one thing. What brings you in is often only part of the picture, and sometimes it turns out to be something else entirely. You don't need to have it all figured out. I'm here to help you make sense of it and support you through the whole journey.
Support for where you are right now.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) — CRPOAlso associated with Wong & Associates Counselling Canada
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My approach is integrative: I draw on several therapeutic modalities and weave them together to suit you, going at your pace and focusing on what actually helps you move forward.
Sessions are held virtually across Canada, and I'm happy to talk about how faith or values fit into your care, if that matters to you.
An integrative approach
I don't rely on a single method. I integrate several evidence-based modalities, blending them to fit your needs and goals:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Person-Centred Therapy
- Existential Therapy
Three simple steps.
